At Birdy Productions we believe that YOU deserve the highest quality of service at a reasonable and affordable price. At Birdy Productions we pride ourselves on having some of the most competitive rates in the area, while maintaining a very HIGH quality level. The majority of our clients are referred to us by other clients. We value and treasure our reputation and we strive to develop our reputation as a high quality and high value entertainment service.

Birdy Productions has had experience in hosting a wide variety of events including:

We offer our customer's standard packages that can be tailored to meet the needs of any specific event. Our standard packages ALWAYS include all of our DJ (Disc Jockey), Emcee and KJ (Karaoke Jockey) services as YOU require it.

We often will offer discounts for NON-PRIME dates. All Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are prime dates. Monday – Friday dates are not prime time and we offer discounts on these dates … Just Ask Us!

The packages that we offer are based upon the sound and lighting system that is used. A detailed description of the contents of each system is available in our ‘Equipment & Lighting’ page which is available from the main menu. Pricing for our packages is as follows:

PLATINUM Package

	4 hours of Service using our Sophisticated BOSE PAS audio system
	Additional hours can be arranged at $75.00 per hour
	$500.00 includes DJ, KJ and Lighting
	Discounts may apply …. Ask us!
	Price includes all set up and tear down
	Set up and tear down are not included as part of the 4 hours of service, we set up and tear down on our own time

GOLD Package

	4 hours of Service using our traditional sound system consisting of brand names such as Pyramid, Numark, Gemini and other professional DJ equipment
	Additional hours can be arranged at $75.00 per hour
	$500.00 includes DJ, KJ and Lighting
	Discounts may apply …. Ask us!
	Price includes all set up and tear down
	Set up and tear down are not included as part of the 4 hours of service, we set up and tear down on our own time

SILVER Package

	4 hours of Service using our smaller Fender Passport portable sound system.
	Additional hours can be arranged at $75.00 per hour
	$500.00 includes DJ, KJ and Lighting

	Price includes all set up and tear down
	Set up and tear down are not included as part of the 4 hours of service, we set up and tear down on our own time

Although Birdy Productions does not subscribe to the policy of 'Hidden Fees' or 'Hidden Charges', we require the following additional charges for excessive travel distances or multi-level buildings without a serviceable elevator:

Travel distance from Troy, MI exceeding 50 miles, but less than 100 miles one way: $75.00

Excessive number of stairs or no use of elevator: Charge dependent on situation.

Extended Time for each event: $75.00 per each additional hour.

All prices are shown for our standard show unless otherwise noted. This includes the DJ, attire as guided by the event, a full professional sound system, a microphone for announcements, ample music power for the size of hall or room that your event is held in, back-up equipment, and an experienced master of ceremonies to keep the dance floor hopping, or to quietly play music, as guided by the event coordinator.

Birdy Productions also offers, at your request, a lighting package which gives you the opportunity to have special effects lighting, specially programmed to the music, at your event. Our lighting show can build excitement and attract attention to the dance floor enticing your guests to "dance the night away".

Birdy Productions also offers, at your request, full service Karaoke with a song selection that exceeds 3,000 titles. Depending upon the type of event package, karaoke services and or lighting will be included at no additional cost.

Call or e-mail us ( birdy2020@sbcglobal.net ) for an information packet. Your information packet will include a quotation for our services and a sample of our performance contract. There is no contract until you sign an agreement with us and return it with a deposit. A deposit of $50.00 will reserve your date and will be deducted from the total fee. We cannot reserve booking dates without a signed agreement unless we work out other arrangements with you! Our prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted on signed contracts will not change. The $50 deposit is not refundable if the event is cancelled inside of 30 days preceding the booked date.

Credit Card Payments

Birdy Productions can accept credit card payments for our services. We ONLY OFFER THIS ON-LINE through the PayPal service. Registered guests can pay both their booking deposit and the remainder of the balance for our services through our automated PayPal interface. For clients opting to make use of our credit card payment service, please note that all transactions must be completed by PayPal a MINIMUM OF 2 BUSINESS DAYS prior to your scheduled event.

Also keep in mind that it may take up to 48 hours for payments submitted to PayPal to be reflected in your online account status.
